Changing Sceneries
Die 30-40 minütige AV-Performance kombiniert elektronische Musik und Jazz-beeinflusste Gitarren-Improvisationen mit Videokunst.
Im Film folgt die Musik den Bildern und bei Musikvideos entstehen die Bilder zu der Musik. Bei Changing Sceneries wird Musik und Bild die gleiche Stellung gegeben und die Performance in einem iterativen Prozess weiterentwickelt. Sowohl in der Musik und bei den Bildern ist der Raum für Improvisationen ein elementarer Bestandteil.

Changing Sceneries
The AV-Performance (30-40 min) combines electronic music and jazz-influenced guitar-improvisations with video art.
In movies the music comes after the images and in music clips the images are produced after the music. In Changing Sceneries the music and the images have the same status and the performance is developed in an iterative process. In both music and images room for improvisation is a fundamental component.
